Latvia’s airBaltic’s passengers grew by 18% for the first ten months of 2018 according to a report from the airline. Overall, the airline carried some 3, 553 386 passengers across its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS, and the Middle East. In October 2018, 384,493 passengers or 21% more than last year traveled with airBaltic.
In news from leading independent travel agency Avanti Destinations, the group has added Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to its European lineup so travel agents can combine customized multi-destination independent itineraries for 2018.

Coming this Summer to Riga, Latvia, scores of sailing ships from 35 countries will compete at the Tall Ships Races 2013 visiting the city for the first time in 10 years.
