GoEuro Snags $27 Million in Funding

Berlin-based travel platform GoEuro has just raised a $27 million investment round led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Led by existing investors Battery Ventures, Hasso Plattner Ventures, and Lakestar, the funding is intended to push forward faster the startup launched last May.

Softronic Unveils New Hyperion for Romania

Romanian rail manufacturer Softronic has just announced a new prototype of its new Hyperion emu set to test along Romania’s main rail lines. The Hyperion has been developed by Softronic at the company’s Craiova plant to the south of Romania at a cost of around €5 million euro, the reports say.
