The Eastern European Vintage Bike Rally, also known as the Dracula Rally, invites vintage bike enthusiasts to Turda, Romania, in the 3rd weekend of July.
The vintage motorcycle race includes two main events: the Vintage Bike Street Race, a traditional competition founded in 1947 and the Cheetah Bike Race on the salt track. The Vintage Bike Street Race will be held, as every year, on the historical streets of Turda, in a lovely medieval atmosphere.
In the past years, bikers from all over the world have traveled a long way to attend the event, each with all kinds of motorcycles from Vincent to BMW, no matter the age or the size. If you consider joining the event, do not worry about your motorcycle’s criteria, everyone is welcomed with open arms.
The Eastern European Vintage Bike Rally provides, in addition to the two scheduled events, a great range of parties and organized motorcycle tours for those who want to explore a bit of Transylvania’s history, culture and beautiful landscapes. Parts of the rally consist of guided bike tours by Transylvania Riders MC that will show participants the most beautiful, and significant, landscapes and historic sites in the area.
