America’s fastest growing hotel brand, Magnuson Hotels has announced a revenue increase in excess of 25% for the portfolio of Magnuson Grand, Magnuson Hotel and M Star for 2016 versus 2015. The group also reports a 17.42% increase in ADR (Average Daily Rate) for reservations generated in 2016, versus 2015 for the same portfolio.
According to the news from Magnuson, the performance and growth were spurred by better employment numbers qand the resulting consumer spending. Other factors were low interest rates, and increased consumer brand awareness of Magnuson Hotels overall.
Some of the highest performing branded hotels in 2016 included; Magnuson Hotel Franklin Square Inn, MI, Magnuson Hotel Marina Cove, FL, and Magnuson Hotel Park Suites, TX.
