Preferred Hotel Group™ Releases 2014 Q1 Results
Global sales, marketing, and distribution provider Preferred Hotel Group™ has just released their first quarter 2014 revenue results. According to the report the group generated a 19 percent increase in reservations revenue for member hotels compared to last year’s figures. Other key findings of the report show increases in enrollments, spending, and repeat stays via the iPrefer guest loyalty program, and other initiatives. Preferred also added 29 new hotels to their stable of luxury stays worldwide.

Accor, the world’s leading hotel operator with over 3,600 hotels and close to 170,000 employees worldwide, today announces that its corporate foundation has been transformed into an endowment fund called Solidarity Accor.
Langham Hospitality Group Plans $1.5 Billion Expansion
Langham Hospitality Group says they intend to acquire hotels in Miami, New York, San Francisco, and and other cities internationally. The Hong Kong based company announced they have set aside up to $1.5 billion for the expansions.
