Langham Hospitality Group says they intend to acquire hotels in Miami, New York, San Francisco, and and other cities internationally. The Hong Kong based company announced they have set aside up to $1.5 billion for the expansions.
Besides their expansion in North America and in Europe, Langham is expanding into the Middle East. Langham Hospitality Group made an agreement earlier this month with DAS Real Estate to manage The Langham, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The list of upcoming hotels from the group include:
- Langham Place, Datong – 2014
- Langham Place, Haining – 2014
- Eaton Luxe, Qingdao – 2014
- The Langham, Haikou, Hainan – 2015
- Langham Place, Dalian – 2016
- The Langham, Jakarta – 2017
