InterContinental Hotels Group has signed its first luxury hotel in Venice, Italy, the lavish 16th Century Palazzo Nani in the heart of the city. Scheduled to open at the start of 2018, the new IHG property will run under a franchise agreement with Gruppo Cordifin and H.n.h Hotels & Resorts Management.
