Wyndham Vacation Rentals‘ portfolio now includes 100,000 properties in over 500 unique destinations worldwide. The company has recently acquired Oceana Resorts and Kaiser Realty in the US, and Cumbrian Cottages in the UK.

Wyndham was already the world’s largest vacation rentals company. With the new acquisitions, it only increased its portfolio with 3950 new properties. 1000 upscale condominium units come from the vacation rental assets of Oceana Resorts in Myrtle Beach, S.C., a market which attracts over 14 million visitors annually.
From Kaiser Realty, Wyndham Vacation Rentals got more than 450 condo and beach home accommodations in coastal Alabama, while in the UK, the company took over more than 2,500 vacation homes in the most sought after destinations throughout Cumbria and The Lake District, Northumberland, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Wales and Scotland from Cumbrian Cottages. With Cumbrian Cottages, Wyndham Vacation Rentals also increased its position as the UK’s leading supplier of self-catering holiday accommodations.
