In Prague the announcement that a new design competition is underway to the reconstruction of Stvanice Island was good news. News from Estonia tells of Hotel Noorus coming there as early as Spring of next year. Estonian engineering and development firm AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, has set the cost of the spa center at Narva-Jõesuu at just shy of €13 million euro.
