The countdown has begun for the Games of the XXXI Olympiad. Yesterday at te Temple of Hera in Olympia, the eternal flame was lit, then passed from Greek gymnast Eleftherios Petrounias on to Giovane Gávio, Brazil’s double Olympic-medal-winning volleyball champion.
