Touristic flows to the Moscow region have increased by some 3 million visitors a year over the last three years, according to the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow region, Olga Zubrilova.

In transportation news, Russian Railways will launch an all new passenger route between Moscow and St. Petersburg that will showcase new two-storey rail cars. The first voyage is scheduled for this evening, Sunday February 1st.
