To meet the UEFA requirements for the 2012 championship, Ukraine needs to improve its infrastructure. In 2010, tourist entries grew 7% y-o-y compared to 2009, but the growth is not enough to guarantee Ukraine that it will co-host the 2012 UEFA championship with Poland.
