In Norway, unionized members of the hotel- and restaurant branch have decided to walk of the job next week. A general strike that will affect nearly 70 hotels there is scheduled just as the country prepares for Bicentennial celebrations.

Nordic Choice Names Malin Lanner Shared Services Head
Nordic Choice Hotels has just announced having named former hotel manager Malin Lanner as Head of Shared Services. With ambitions to optimized central services across the Nordic Choice properties, Lanner will be tasked with developing and managing operating supplies and hotel opening teams.
