Europe Celebrates European 112 Day

112 is the emergency number all over the EU, and today is the European 112 Day 2013, celebrated on 11 February every year since 2009. The pan-European emergency number 112 was created in 1991 and starting 2008 it is the only emergency number that can be used free of charge from any landline to reach the emergency services in any EU country.
