NH Hoteles extends its partnership with Swisscom Hospitality to provide efficient guest technology. Swisscom Hospitality will assist NH Hoteles in achieving further network and IP service convergence.
In 2009, NH was first to market Swisscom Hospitality’s dedicated Smartphone portal. Today, over 280 European NH hotels are serviced by Swisscom as their guest technology and network service provider with Swisscom advising them on all technology decisions.
The new partnership agreement involves an enhanced partnership between Swisccom and NH. Swisscom will work with NH’s headquarters to develop a centralized convergence roadmap that furthers service innovation and cost control in areas such as TV, Voice, IT networks support and IT outsourcing. As technology advisor, Swisscom will advise on the replacement of existing guest room technology reaching the end of its life-cycle with the integration and cost optimization of its existing data lines. NH will gradually introduce integrated solutions to both save costs and enhance the brand experience through the use of IP technology.
