A lively discussion ensued from stakeholders in the industry who were present at the event. Mr. Kokotos’ presentation of updates from SETE, Mr. Christinou’s detailing the most recent research from the Hotrec Association (PDF) drew a flurry of questions from the audience.
Mr. Liapakis’ segment covered the 5 stages of travel and featured statistics, channels, and examples from each stage of the processes marketers focus on.
