On Friday Club Med announced having opened their newest mountain resort destination, Pragelato Vialattea, in the heart of the Italian Alps. A short drive from Turin, the quaint chalets of the resort are not accessible with all inclusive Club Med, luxury, economy and simplicity.
Guests of Pragelato Vialattea can not only enjoy the pristine ski environment, but also gourmet Italian food via three exquisite restaurants, not to mention the numberous other outdoor and touristic activities the area offers. Nordic walking to snowshoeing, or visiting nearby Italian cities and attractions, Club Med Pragelato Vialattea offers a perfect vantage point from which to enjoy the Italian Alps.
Of course, the skiing is what this resort is primarily focused on, and to that end Pragelato Vialattea offers downhill skiing and snowboarding lessons for every skill level in partnership with the Italian Ski School. Skiing at Club Med Pragelato Vialattea, vacationers can enjoy 240 miles of ski slopes (244 slopes including 42 black, 118 red, 54 blue and 30 green slopes including 24 miles of cross country slopes). At an elevation of 4,450 ft. to 9,250 ft., the resort supplies 92 ski lifts and six snow parks.
Pragelato Vialattea has a full-service Club Med Spa by PAYOT, for guests to enjoy, with dedicated wellness staff on hand to cater to their every need. Turkish bath, sauna, an indoor heated pool (above), and other relaxing amenities are all part of the Club Med experience here.
