A new budget brand has arrived the European hotel scene. 7 Days Premium Linz-Ansfelden is the initial offering of a chain focused on young, technology savvy travelers.
Online check in, self service customer service, ultimate affordability, the new 7 Days Premium just welcomed its first guests earlier this month. Reminiscent of the system Tune Hotels branded upon, what I would call a superb “backpacker” stay differentiates by offering flat-screen LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a few other tidbits over and above the typical low budget hotel.
For anyone who has ever visited Linz, the budget hotel offerings there are not stellar, so 7 Days Premium Linz-Ansfelden serves a purpose. Sticking to me “backpacker” theme, the hotel’s rooms can accommodate 1-3 guests, each having a double bed and a bunk (image below). Soundproofing rounds out the offer, the prices of which range from about €57 via their site (February booking) and 1€ more via Booking.com. Yes, the hotel guarantees their site has the best rate. The brand also offers a loyalty program that reaches a 13% discount once a guest reaches 17 reservations.
Located on the outskirts of Linz in Ansfelden, in a country setting. Compared to Linz center hotels like the Courtyard downtown, this budget hotel is a bit more than half the cost. To book we recommend readers do so through the website linked to, or contact the hotel directly at: +43 (0) 7229 23230
