Tune Hotels, perhaps the world’s fastest growing hotel chain, just announced their fourth budget break offer in London at Tune Hotel Kings Cross. The hotel, set to open July 9th, will offer 217 bedrooms across several different formats. The news carries with it the same £9 room sale as offered at Tune Hotel Paddington.
The deal, launched on Wednesday, saw over 1,000 Tune rooms available for travelers at the £9 rate. Travelers can take advantage of these deals until promotion end in February 2013. As for the new Kings Cross Hotel, this ideally located version of the now popular Tune budget concept, is located just a stone’s throw from Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations. Tune’s five star feel and one star prices are all the rage for business and budget minded travelers, and this latest announcement brings Tune’s hotel contingent in London to four properties.
The high quality basics offered in Tune Hotels’ hospitality offerings make sense for a great many travelers. And with the London Olympics coming up, enjoying the games (or a business meeting even) will be a lot more about a pillow to rest one’s head on that unnecessary frills. Power showers, Hypnos beds, air conditioning, and super clean and secure rooms are what Tune is all about.
Pay as you use, the motto of investments across Tune Group’s ventures including AirAsia, is aimed at ensuring clients of the various companies actually get what they pay for. The economy of no frills hospitality being what it is, Tune offers a clean canvas for customers to paint their own vacation or travel accommodations onto. The £9 deals, for rooms ordinarily priced at £35, especially with the Olympics coming to town, is nothing if not extraordinary. The move also ensures Tune Hotels London properties will be 100 percent booked for some time.
