For those out there who’ve heard how beautiful Lima, Peru is, news some gifted architects intend building a certain “one of a kind” cliff hanging hotel, a stay designed to look like an tilted picture frame, no less.
Madrid architecture firm OOIIO have set to work envisioning and designing Hotel Unbalance, a 125 room, chic affair with restaurants, conference facilities and exhibition spaces to suite a fabulous guest experience. If experiential guest journeys are the trend of new business, then this unique hotel for Latin American will surely deliver.
Suggested to be 16,070 meters square in dimension, not a lot of detail is actually known about the new project except that it is scheduled to be built on the seaside cliffs just outside the Miraflores district of Lima. Even the prospective owner of the hotel is a secret, but we’ll try and find out more from the architects.
