Maybe not so innovative, but an oh so novel way to engage health and wellness enthusiasts is to make a very cool website for spas to reach out from. That’s just what LIVELOVESPA has set out to do, and from what we see, they’re pretty serious about making a go at an online wellness community.
Billed as a spot for brands and spas to showcase their wares, LIVELOVESPA is interactive, rich, and just nice looking in my book. CEO & Founder, Lisa Michaelis, offered her take via the company’s press release:
“Our vision is to raise customer awareness for spa lifestyle and wellness, you don’t have to be wealthy or indulge to make it a part of your daily life. Our goal is to make it fun so that people can learn something new and break down the barriers to entry for those who haven’t tried this healthy lifestyle and all it has to offer. We are committed to our client’s experience and providing an online resource that will enhance and inspire their lives.”
The online community we see actually does offer up brands and features we’ve not seen all together elsewhere. As for interactive community, users can browse the brands, search the directories, read the various trendy blogs, and see video and TV etc. – “interactive though?” Well, not really. A wealth of fresh and crisp content, and some wonderful merchandising you’ll find so far, but don’t expect warm alluvial sands to flow from your monitor or smart device, caressing your body like a therapeutic glove, not just yet anyways.
They’ve done a nice job of creating a useful resource so far, I leave you with a sample from the site. To contact the Santa Ana, CA company, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or Tweet them directly at @LiveLoveSpa
