Kerzner International Holdings Limited, a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, has just annonced an agreement with Al Khozama Management Company to develop in collaboration with Saudi Oger, the One&Only resort in Jeddah on the Red Sea.

According to their news the resort will feature some 150 luxurious guest rooms, suites, and villas, and a luxury residential component as well. Located in Obhur, north of Jeddah, the resort will have extensive meeting facilities. Less than half an hour outside King Abdulaziz International Airport, the hotel will also offer beachfront and other hospitality pluses for luxury and business travelers.
