When a company utilises the Béné Tipping platform, customers are informed that their tip will be matched, creating a sense of partnership with the company in recognising exceptional service. Simultaneously, when a customer leaves a tip, the service provider receives two notifications – one indicating the receipt of a tip and another shortly after confirming the employer’s matched contribution.
