The regeneration initiative has a final budget of €1,017,082.23 (excluding 24% VAT), down from an initial €1,620,000 estimate, and is supported by the revised Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) framework under the “Crete 2021-2027” operational program.
Revitalizing the Cityscape and Foot Traffic
