Coming up in Heraklion throughout August, Capoeira Cordão de Ouro Crete fitness will host Yoga instruction with Polyvios Efraimoglou.
Capo Fitness Crete is enriching their Hatha Flow & Yoga Nidra program with the center’s beloved teacher, Polybios Efraimoglou through a series of programs combining basic body training exercises tailored to each participant’s experience level.
The Capo Fitness Crete center focuses on unique martial arts as well as sports & fitness instruction. This series with Yoga instructor Polyvios Efraimoglou will focus on Hatha Yoga, which embraces a deep understanding of the body’s mechanisms and the deep science of Yogic postures.
Sessions run from 17:00 to 18:30 on August 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 8th, plus more all through August beginning today.
