Mzinga OmniSocial Learning Powers TripAdvisor Compass

TripAdvisor’s “Compass” powered by Mzinga OmniSocial Learning

TripAdvisor has selected Mzinga’s OmniSocial Learning platform to power its “Compass” Learning and Development platform.

Pretty much like TripAdvisor Insights, a resource of industry-related news and tutorials, Compass is a professional portal, with e-learning content, which also features company announcements, event calendars, and links to Instructor-Led Training events. The Compass portal also offers recent twitter posts from TripAdvisor Career,  as well as business and management-related tips from Harvard Business Publishing.

“Mzinga’s OmniSocial Learning platform met our business needs, integrated to our enterprise HR system, Workday, and allowed us to offer world-class content from such providers as Skillsoft, and Harvard Business Publishing,” explained David First, who leads Organizational Effectiveness at TripAdvisor.

According to Frost, Mzinga was chosen because it takes customer service as seriously as
TripAdvisor. At its turn, Burlington-based Mzinga, which offers enterprise social software solutions and services targeting the learning, marketing and support markets for employees, customers and partners, has a great growth opportunity with TripAdvisor.
