Coming up in the Podikiana Village of Platanias Municipality, Karavitakis Winery will host an event organized by Cretan Cooking Classes.
Wine enthusiasts are invited to immerse themselves in Cretan culture, by learning to cook authentic dishes, and pairing the best of Crete wines with the healthiest cuisine on Earth.
Scheduled to take place at Karavitakis Winery on the 12th between 11 am and 3 pm, the cooking class costs €104 euro.
The Karavitakis Estate has an 80-year tradition of winemaking. The estate sits on 150 acres of amazing vineyards in the Kolimbari area, just 30 minutes out of Chania.
Cretan Cooking Classes was founded by Chania native Jenny Skandalakis, who’s grandmother provided spiritual and culinary inspiration for the venture.
