Last month we announced buuteeq having acquired an additional $10 million in funding. Well, it looks as if the money is being spent fine tuning and improving the marketing service’s end result for hotel clients. Now buuteeq offers a Design Concierge, which empowers hotels with the ability to vastly improve their customers’ online experience. I have not had the opportunity to get in touch with buuteeq on this, but I am assuming the new package is part of the hotelier’s BackOffice suite, which allows hotel managers and staff to custom tailor every aspect of their online presence.

Beside the aesthetics and user engagement aspects of buuteeq’s latest upgrade, the commission free booking platform the mobile end of the buuteeq spectrum of things has been refined tool. Now the booking experience via just about any mobile device is made more fluid and simple. buuteeq claims these enhancements will increase mobile conversion rates by as much as 90%. Co-founder and CEO of buuteeq, Forest Key, offered this:

“These enhanced tools not only create unique brand experiences for our clients and their customers, but they also directly improve the hotel’s revenue. When hotels incorporate our tools into their digital marketing strategy, their guests are able to easily and quickly book a room no matter how they access the website, at home or on the go.”

Also according to buuteeq, over the last twelve months the service’s Cloud Digital Marketing served some eight million travelers, gleaning two million plus inquiries. “Look to Book” conversions, according to the company, reached 20 X via offering guests the right info in the right package. buuteeq’s press includes a client recomendation from Les Belch, the owner of Canyon Villa of Sedona (image above):

“I saw a dramatic increase in my advance bookings within two weeks of starting with buuteeq. I have averaged a 67% increase in online bookings since the website went live.”

The need for commission free online visibility is without a doubt the cutting edge of Internet hospitality business. buuteeq, so far, has approached this needed paradigm shift better than any other startup we have seen. Accolades aside, nothing is perfect at the beginning stages of growth, but its clear hotels without their own high end marketing wherewithal can simply use services like buuteeq. As for the rest of the hotel spectrum?
