Born in Amsterdam in the Summer of 2000, this spectacle is a product of ID&T, the largest dance organizer in Netherlands. Since its first edition held on Amsterdam Arena, the show proved to be a success, Having been experienced by more than 20,000 clubbers in the first installment, and this was just the beginning.

Unfortunately however, in September 2000, Milles Stutterheim, one of the co-founders of ID&T organization, died tragically in a car accident and since then, his brother Duncan, now the director of ID&T, has asked people to join the party dressed in white as they did at Miles’s funeral. So, the Sensation transformed into Sensation White, running every year under the same motto: “Be part of the night – Dress in white!”
