Russia’s SAT & Agoda Join Forces

In travel news from the Russian Federation, Agoda.com, Priceline.com’s Asian global hotel booking site, announces partnering with Russia’s SAT Airlines. The resulting collaboration will allow SAT travelers instant access to Agoda’s over 150,000 hotels.

SAT covers domestic and international routes across Russia and Northern Asia, and this new deal offers their clients far more travel choice and flexibility. With flight hubs in Harbin, Sapporo and Seoul, the airline is rapidly becoming a key player in Russia-Asia travel. Not unlike other world carriers, it is apparent SAT wants its own “direct connect” offerings for customers.

SAT now offers hotels via Agoda

Now SAT travelers can simply visit the website and book hotels at key destinations around throughout Agoda’s inventory.

Language tools are becoming more and more important as regional players branch out, and with Agoda.com, SAT can offer 32 different languages, including Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean – for booking hotels.

President of Agoda.com, Robert Rosenstein, had this to say about the deal:

“North Asia is an exciting and diverse region, offering a great range of cuisines, cultures and landscapes. Through this partnership, we hope that SAT’s customers will find booking a hotel easier and less expensive – a single click from the SAT website.”

Agoda.com covers more than 100 countries worldwide, and hotel partners update their listings quite often, according to the PRWEb press release. Also of interest, Agoda Reward points make using the service even more attractive, while “instant room confirmation” adds a great trust factor for converted clients too. This is great news for SAT customers, as well as for Agoda if considering all of Russia as a client means anything.

If interested, webmasters or other biz dev parties should look into Agoda’s attractive affiliate and other programs.
