Lavu Launches iPad Hospitality Management System

Lavu debutes Lavu Hospitality, an extension of the iPad point of sale already used by many restaurants and gastronomy businesses. The new iPad POS solution for hotels was featured in Gordon Ramsay’s TV show Hotel Hell, on FOX TV. Lavu’s popular iPad point of sale, which is currently being used in 85 countries, was also featured by Gordon Ramsay in six episodes of Kitchen Nightmares.

Hoteliers can use Lavu Hospitality as a modern point of sale, allowing guests to check in and check out, or to book spa treatments and other hospitality services with ease, without the help of a clerk. The tool does not replace the need for a front desk receptionist, but it simplifies routine procedures.

More than a check in gadget, Lavu Hospitality is a modern management tool that enables online reservations, payments, room service charges, customer management, time-cards and overtime for employees, and much more. The system even allows hoteliers to employ a suite of marketing tools to build customer loyalty. It collects customer feedback, stores customer details, and generates detailed reports. Lavu Hospitality is available in 3 licensing options based on the size and needs of the hotel operation. The most affordable solution, for small boutique hotels, of no more than 20 rooms, is priced as low as $199 monthly.
