Some 1800 users were polled in Keynote Competitive Research’s testing of the various sites. Users were observed as they accomplished certain tasks according to the news. The study was used to establish the technical quality of each of the websites tested. Hotels.com was also recognized in the following areas; winning first place in six other categories, customer support and booking, and for improving their scores in 14 of 16 categories overall.
