Chedi Luštica Bay to Open Soon

According to news from hotel company GHM. the  Asian group continues its expansion into Europe with an all-new 5-star hotel in Montenegro in the Balkan Peninsula. Begun in the early 1990s, GHM focuses on providing guests with a unique lifestyle experience in hotels that have a unique character that always resonates with its location. In line with this theme, the Chedi Luštica Bay , part of GHM’s portfolio, is set to open a new 111-key hotel in Montenegro’s Luštica Bay in July 2018.

The new hotel will be the brand’s second in Europe and will benefit from the pristine location on Montenegro’s largest fully integrated resort development on the Luštica peninsula overlooking the beautiful Bay of Kotor. Known for its charming setting, the area is noted for its 7 kilometers of coastline, its historic architecture, and settlements, and for the many luxury marinas, a hillside golf course and a wealth of outdoor activities there.

On the coast of Montenegro, on the Luštica Bay offers visitors breathtaking views over the Adriatic Sea. Also according to the news, Chedi Luštica Bay will be the largest 5-star Hotel in Boka Bay; with 110 guest rooms, two Restaurants and a Bar, conference rooms and a business centre, an outdoor swimming Pool as well as Spa and fitness centre with a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness room, and associated equipment. The legendary Chedi brand is one of the first Hotels built in Luštica Bay. There are over 7 million square meters, stretches and is the heart of a newly emerging city.

The new hotel is designed by Atlanta-based designers TVS Design and will be in keeping with the local vernacular architecture for which the area has become famous. This will give the hotel identity and character and help it blend in with its surroundings. The interiors will be designed by GG & Grace and will lend a bright, airy feel to the hotel while taking advantage of the views and beautiful scenery by using materials that accent the pristine coastal location. A mix of bold splashes of color and a more neutral primary palette will give the hotel its own unique character and offer guests moments of relaxation or inspiration.
