Travel Matters Conference Speakers Confirmed

In news from ABTA, the speaker lineup for this year’s Travel Matters Conference has been announced. Their news also confirms that John Penrose MP, Minister for Tourism and Heritage, will be among the distinguished industry figures appearing in the program.

This third installment of ABTA’s interactive conference tables debate between the business, private, and governmental players on outbound, inbound, and domestic tourism, among other policy matters at Millbank, Westminster, on May 10th.  The speaker list includes; Cllr Daniel Moylan, deputy chairman of Transport for London; John Parkinson,  the head of UK aviation policy development Department for Transport; and James Berresford, chief executive of VisitEngland.

Other distinguished attendees will include; Thomas Cook UK boss Ian Ailles, Travel Republic director Kane Pirie, Tui Travel counsel Mike Bowers, Luke Pollard, Head of Public Affairs, ABTA, Mark Tanzer, Chief Executive, ABTA, Tim Johnson, Director, Aviation Environment Federation, and others. The event will be moderated by Daisy McAndrew – Special Correspondent, ITV News.
