New York Beach Club
Founded some 30 years ago, the New York Beach Club in rocking Hersonissos has been one of the top party vibe spots on Crete every season since. Locals and tourists congregate here at a perennial TripAdvisor excellence winner. The place offers a stylish kind of chic you’d expect in Miami or the Bahamas, only infused with Cretan friendliness and an Ibiza craziness. The club sits right on the beach road overlooking the incredible Cretan Sea and Malia Bay. We were at the club in the off season and loved the welcome we got. Check this place if you’re anywhere near Heraklion, Malia, or in Hersonissos this summer.

Mylos Club in Chania
Since 1993, this club has been party central for locals and tourists in Chania Prefecture. Located on the beach in fabulous Platanias, the club is a hopping extension of MYLOS, lounge, pool bar, and restaurant NEROMYLOS and the hotel MYLOS HOTEL. This Rethymno hot spot is a perfect venue to enjoy magical sundowns, perfect drinks, and for dancing like a sexy Zorba until dawn. Expect the latest and greatest beats with many special events, and the special vibe only this central Crete port city has. Saxo Bar in Ierapetra
Some of you have been looking for a Crete secret. A place where the vibe is healthy, laid back, but rocking at the same time. Maybe you want to enjoy life like the locals? Whatever beat you’re into Saxo Bar in Ierapetra is tempting, interesting, a bit mysterious owing to its novel approach. Located at the beginning of Kyvara Street, across the street from the City Hall of Ierapetra, Saxo has been around nearly 30 years, but still remains a mystery to some. Check it out, you may just solve a riddle in Europe’s southernmost town.
