The festival includes performances of Estonian artists, but also of international artists from Germany, Russia, Ukraine, UK, US, Georgia, Turkey, Hungary, Korea and many more. You will see the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra ERSO, chamber orchestra St.-Peterburg Symphonieta, and Estonian police and border guard orchestra in concerts, as well as performances by the Turkish group Baba Zula, theaters from Hungary and Korea and Royal OperaJazz.

The festival is divided into theme days, each dedicated to a special aspect of the city: church, sports, theater, music, museums, history and children. The programmes feature workshops, street dance, lectures, exhibitions, competitions and other engaging activities that make the publics a part of the festival instead of just spectators.
