Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has announced an agreement with Turkish developer Garanti Koza to manage Swissôtel Sofia. The new flagship property is being developed in Bulgaria’s capital, and is expected to open in 2018.
According to the recent news, the fashionable new stay will have 200 rooms and over 80 residences as part of the greater Grand Kanyon Sofia. This mixed development in Sofia is aimed at attracting both leisure and business travelers. Swissôtel Sofia will have three dining experiences for guests, a state of the art meeting aspect, and many other exclusive services and offers. The Chairman of Garanti Koza, Mr.Şükrü İlkel, added this via the press release :
“Bringing in an experienced operator like Swissôtel, a leading brand known for its commitment to quality and contemporary design, adds tremendous value to the Grand Kanyon Project. We look forward to working with them to make this the most exquisite hotel in the city.”
According to Swissôtel, there will also be a signature spa concept, a Pürovel Spa & Sport, which will offer Alpine spa treatments, exercise classes and more. The brand’s serviced residence concept is being introduced to take advantage of other amenities via luxurious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
