Sweet Days at Buda Castle

For a taste of Budapest you’ll truly never forget, this month’s “Sweet Days” festival at Buda Castle will supply a gastro-cultural memory to last. September 16 to 18, a world of European sweets and other rarities will be offered up to locals and visitors to Budapest.

Across Europe organizers have launched chocolate and sweets festivals successfully, and Budapest does not intend to be left lacking in the “goody” department either. Exhibitors at Sweet Days will be able to present not only sweets, but other delicacies as well. From the finest chocolates to coffees, seeds, fruits, and even fine wines, Buda Castle will be the center of a sort of yum-sum universe during these days.

Amid an atmosphere of elegance, sporting panoramic views of one of the world’s most beautiful cities, the Sweet Days Festival organizers have invited estival invited confectionery industry groups, artisan chocolates manufacturers, traders, and industry leaders in Hungary and far abroad, to a unique culinary event. The list of contributors for the event can be found here, and include: Chocoland, Edes Napok, Zilla Coffee, Bakos Marcipan, and dozens more.
