Exquisite Experiences – Scarlett Hospitality’s Value Proposition

Scarlett Hospitality Group has taken aim at becoming your exclusive online luxury booking source, among other wares and services. I thought we’d take a look at the service, since they were kind enough to follow our stories here and us on Twitter too. Here’s a look at a very nice online engagement. Just to let you know, I find this one really interesting.

Scarlett Hospitality after signup - a nice letter - and I am on my way

There’s nothing like a really classy and refined look to a website. Well, except maybe being pleasantly surprised after signing up to find a super nice welcome mail in your inbox. That’s just the sort of experience I’m having after having investigated Scarlett Hospitality Group adding me on Twitter. Founded by none other than Julius A. Scarlett (if ever there were a perfect name – eh?), Scarlett Hospitality seems to be all about the smooth edge of upper end stays. Or, a sort of interrogatory in between luxury hotels and those who enjoy them. The question being: “Where would you stay if you could have your way about it, everything that is?”

Lots and lots of exclusive and very tailored travel, this is what Scarlett professes and shows the signs of providing here. Rather than try and explain here, let me just present you with a video from Scarlett Hospitality that does a decent job of it for me. Let’s pretend for a moment you are considering heading to Las Vegas.

Okay, you are sold on the Mandarin Oriental now, but Julius Scarlett knows what you really want. You would really like a custom experience that you won’t forget, right? This is where his business comes into play. The ethos of his company is to create a perfect relationship in between the client and the hotelier or service provider. I’d like to think of the idea as a sort of arbiter of perfection for hospitality. I know, this is a little bit nebulous to consider.

If I may, let me just suggest that what Scarlett Hospitality offers is TripAdvisor in Cashmere, only far more indellible for client and service provider. With trusted evaluations of quality at both ends of the spectrum, Scarlett hopes to really create the perfect stay for hotel guests. And this is ultimately what hotels like the Mandarin Oriental are about. So, think about checking out this service, whoever you are reading this. Try the custom travel concierge :)

You’ve heard the term “no stone unturned” – well watch the video below from one of Scarlett Hospitality’s hotels, Southern Ocean Lodge on amazing Kangaroo Island in Australia. I am smiling thinking of your expression as you watch this, enjoy.
