For those unfamiliar, Refresh has attracted some of the genre’s most famous performers. Past events have featured the likes of; Bob Sinclar, Hernan Cattaneo, Sharam, Darren Emerson, and many more. The festival is famous not only for the headliners featured though, but also for promoting local and regional artists. The combination of Summer, a superb venue, and some of the best music anywhere, stand to make 2011 the biggest party Top Hill has ever seen.
Top Hill Discotheque is situated atop Toplis Hill, just outside Budva in Montenegro. The venue is one of the largest and most popular along the Mediterranean. Opened in June 2010, this high class, high tech club offers a fairly surreal atmosphere above the Adriatic.
