Manessis Top 10 Hotels of 2010 Announced

Manessis, one of Greece’s leading Greek travel organizations with more than 50.000 clients annually, just announced their list of Top 10 Hotels for 2010. According to the news, the award ceremony will take place in January 2011 in Athens. These awards have become something of an institution, and for the second year the winners will be chosen based on tourist’s preferences and Monessis standards.

The list Manessis Top 10 Hotels 2010 (in alphabetic order) are as follows:

  • AKS Hinitsa Bay / Porto Heli (for second year in Top 10) is awarded for its richest offers
  • Aldemar Olympian Village in Skafilia Ilias (Peloponnese) for its highest turnover in 2010
  • Chandris Dassia / Corfu (for second year in Top 10) for the highest increase of its turnover in 2010
  • Chania Panorama in Crete for best value for money services
  • Dolphin Bay in Syros (for second year in Top 10) for the highest increase in tourists
  • Montana Hotel and Spa in Karpenisi (for second year in Top 10) for its highest turnover for hotel in an alternative tourism destination
  • Platamon Palace Hotel & Spa in Pieria for its best Premium All Inclusive
  • Preveza Beach (for second year in Top 10) for its highest number of tourists in 2010
  • Sheraton Rhodes Resort for its best value for money services for 5-star hotel in 2010
  • Sivota Diamond Spa Resort for its highest turnover for newly established hotel in 2010

Also according to the news, General Manager of Manessis Travel Agency, Mr. Angelos Lambrou, spoke of the importance cooperation between hotels in Greece. He suggested a continued joint effort toward providing Greece’s visitors with satisfaction via refined tourism services.
