LastCall Helps Travelers Save on Hotel Deals

RoomSaver.com  has recently launched  LastCall, a daily deal service that helps travelers save up to 50% on vouchers for unsold hotel rooms.  With this service, travelers may purchase  discounted vouchers for future hotel stays and then book those rooms directly with the property when they are ready to travel. The service launched with a handful of  deals in the Las Vegas area and Orlando.

The future will bring more opportunities for avid travelers, as RoomSaver.com plans on expanding LastCall all over the US over the next few weeks. In the meantime, travelers can find a listing of all current LastCall Daily Deals on its official webpage.

LastCall was created to meet a market demand already identified by Groupon, Hotel Vouchers, Hotels.com and others. While LastCall doesn't bring a market innovation, it is a service that brings value through more opportunities, nevertheless.

Services like LastCall provide excellent value for both travelers and hotels. Patrick O’Brien, business development manager for Travel Media Group, the creators of LastCall, explained the purpose of RoomSaver.com’s new service:

to match market and demand and create a win/win situation for both travelers and hotels. If we can create an environment in this market where hotel rooms don’t go empty and travelers are happy, then everyone wins.

For travelers who cannot find hotel vouchers for their desired destinations with LastCall just yet, there are other options. Many hotels offer gift certificates and vouchers on their own websites. Accor Hotels, for example, have over 135 participating hotels in their gift voucher programme, in Australia, Fiji and New Zeeland. For those who like traveling in style, Marriott gift vouchers can be used in any Marriott hotel in the world – over 2700 in more than 65 countries. Available in denominations of £10, £25, £50 or £100, these vouchers can be used for accommodation, dining, golf, spa or perhaps just a few relaxing drinks in the hotel bar.

There are many other possibilities – fortunately, services like LastCall simplify the search process, saving time and money for travelers, and promoting fair competition for hotels all over the world.
