Headed to Edinburgh? Stay at Tune for £5 a Night

You read that correctly,  a new Tune Hotels promotion lets Edinburgh travelers sleep under those crisp Tune sheets just about for free. This Scottish property is scheduled to open this December, the latest in a growing list of Tune accommodations in the UK. To Celebrate, Tune is letting guests stay for about $8 per night.

According to the press from Tune, some 1000 £5 rooms will be available from January to April of next year. For guests who book online, with Tune, overnights and holidays in Scotland have not been this cheap since William Wallace was around. The hotel, situated just across from Haymarket Station, has 179 en suite bedrooms for double and twin hospitality. Tune’s limited service hotels, with five star beds and cleanliness, have been a hit all over the UK and especially in Asia.

High quality basics, the motto of Tune Hotels, plays out well with guests wanting security and quality without the big price tags some hoteliers charge. Tune’s recipe is pretty simple; locate centrally, provide a clean and safe environment, and a five star bed, and the people will come. Of course other services are available at Tune, but guests only have to pay for what they take advantage of.

So far the recipe has allowed this fast growing chain to open successful hotels in; Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, KLIA-LCCT Airport, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Damansara, Bintulu, Kota Bharu and Kulim in Malaysia; Kuta and Legian in Bali and Jakarta in Indonesia; Westminister, Liverpool Street, Paddington and Kings Cross in London and Tune Hotel Haymarket, Edinburgh in the United Kingdom; Angeles City, Cebu City, Ermita and Makati in Manila in the Philippines; Hatyai, Pattaya and Asoke, Bangkok in Thailand.

Part of Tune Group, Tune Hotels is a lifestyle company that was co-founded by AirAsia founder Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and his partner ato’ Kamarudin Meranun. For more info on this promotion or about Tune Hotels, we encourage the reader to visit the links above.
