Graubünden skis into digital with dual Facebooks

Switzerland’s top holiday destination, Graubünden has ramped up further their digital marketing by launching a second Facebook page aimed at agent training.

Set to provide live updates and offers for travel agents, the Graubünden Travel Experts Facebook contingent also celebrates the launch offering an interesting contest. Participants can win prizes from a cute official Graubünden mascot toy, to a trip to Heidiland. From December 3rd-10th the cuddly toy mascot will romp across Europe posting selfies to the Facebook stream each day. For agents to win, they’ll have to name the places ibex is located. Each agent with a correct answer will receive an ibex toy and will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip to Heidiland, Graubünden.

Graubünden, the largest canton of Switzerland, is home to some 1,000 plus mountain peaks, and hundreds of lakes. In Winter, this area of Switzerland is a snowboarder’s Mecca, but in Summer the wondrous landscape is the playground of hikers and mountain bikers seeking the idyllic outdoor getaway experience.
