GEM Fest 2017 in Anaklia Lineup Announced

Anaklia in Caucasian Georgia is already preparing for its highly anticipated event, GEM Fest 2017. GEM stands for Georgian electronic music, and GEM Fest is one of the largest festivals of its kind in this part of the world.

GEM Fest 2017 takes place from July 14, 2017, until August 14, the same year, in Anaklia, by the beach, close to the bridge that connects the resort to the village Ganmukhuri. The 540-meter pedestrian bridge, longest of its kind in Europe, stretches over the Enguri River and provides a charming backdrop for the festival.

GEM Fest 2017 has a stellar lineup of performers, as well as five stages, several catering spots, numerous art installations, and a huge tent with a capacity of 10000 people that will house the megalopolis GEM City. The announced artist lineup at GEM Fest 2017 features 62 Georgian and international performers, including names like Alexkid, Andrea Ferlin, Andrey Pushkarev, Anushka, Audiofly, Bacho, Barac, Bella Saris, Bill Patrick, Boris Brejcha, Carlo Lio, Cassegrain, Catz n’ Dogz, Cezar, Cobert, Dassana, De Wachtkamer, Dennis Ferrer, DJ Nikifor, dOP (live), DoubtingThomas, Dubfire, Fernando Costantini, Francesca Lombardo, Gescu, Gio Shengelia, GRAMOPHONEDzIE, GusGus (live), Herodot, Honey Dijon, Hubble, Hunter/Game, Inland, Ion Ludwig, Joachim Pastor, Julia Govor, Locked Groove, Mano Le Tough, Marc Romboy, Martin Buttrich, Mattheis, Mattias Tanzmann, Molly, Nuno Dos Santos, Oliver Deutschmann, Priku, Robag Wruhme, Roger Sanchez, Roustam, Seb Zito, Sofia Rodina, Stereoclip, Super Flu, The Drifter, Thomas Melchior, Tin Man, Topper, Valentino Kanzyani, Voigtmann, Vova KLK, Wolf + Lamb, and Worakls.

The lineup is subject to change, but early bird tickets are already available for only 200 GEL (with the final price set to rise up to 500 GEL). Tickets grant access to all stages, free entry to the Aqua Park, as well as access to all sports and other activities on the festival site. Keep in mind that the GEM Fest 2016 event has attracted over 30000 music lovers. Organizers count with more participants in 2017. If you attend the festival next year, you are advised to make your travel arrangements early.
