For those travelers out there who love to dance, shake it even, Lithuania is the place to be this week. The Annual AfroLatin Dance Festival begins in Vilnius on Friday and ends on the following Monday. Organized by the Afrolatin dance studio “Bachata Souls” – this year’s Bachata extravaganza promises to be the hottest Latin dance event of the Summer.
Visitors to Vilnius can expect the top dance instructors and performers from around the world to gather at what is becoming a Lithuanian tradition. Masters and amateurs of Bachata offer all things Dominican rhythm for dancers of all skill levels. Improvisational, always, Bachata is the most sensual dance on Earth – maybe this is why the world of Latin dance comes to Lithuania each year? This year’s event will take place at the Crown Plaza Vilnius, the same venue as the 2nd annual event last year. Just a short list of International super stars of Bachata slated for this year are; Kwenda Merkel Lima – Portugal & Cape Verde, Hips on Fire – from Costa Rica & Spain the Lords of Bolero!!! and founders of Rueda de Bachata, Kadu Pires and Larissa Thayane just to name a few. Masters of Bachata to kids wanting to learn the dance, there’s something for every age and skill level in Vilnius on Friday.

Hips on Fire are Lords of Bolero and inventors of Rueda de Bachata.
Kadu and Larissa are Masters of Zouk and Samba de Gafiera.
Here gonna be 35 lessons of 20 different AFROLATIN DANCES. As it is Afrolatin dance festival - not only Bachata any more.
And the most special person visiting us for the very first time - Kwenda Lima, Cape Verde/ Portugal.
There will be meditaion via dance lesson, Kizomba and Cape Verde dance lessons led by him.
