Art-Athina 2013 Arrives in Athens This Month

Coming this month Greece’s largest contemporary art fair, Art Athina will welcome almost 20,000 professionals to Athens. The art fair will be held this year at the storefront Faliro Pavilion, one of the busiest and most picturesque spots in the city.

Launched back  in 1993 by the Hellenic Art Galleries Association, Art-Atina is one of the longest standing art fairs in all Europe. A key business and artistic meetup, the festival hosts off galleries, museums, cultural institutions, collectors and curators of some of the world’s most prestiqious institituons and firms. opportunity for artists, representatives of galleries and museums / cultural institutions, collectors and curators.

Scheduled to run from 16 to 19 May 2013 this year’s participants include; Lola Nikolaou or Thessaloniki, Ersi’s of Athens, Donopoulos of  (Thessaloniki, A.D., Art Zone 42 from Athens, UFOFABRIK Contemporary Art Gallery from Italy, Galeri Binyil from Istanbul, Alpha Gallery from Cyprus, Anna Pappas Gallery from Australia, and Mirko Mayer out of Germany, just to name a very few.
