Romania Seaside Hotels – A Fire Sale for Black Sea Vacationing

According to news from Black Sea News, dozens of Romanian seaside hotels are on the market despite the fact 2012 was one of the best touristic seasons on record in some time. Owners have cited high taxes, rising utility costs, and other financial reasons for their properties being sold.

To back up this news we very quickly search Romania real estate in the coastal properties and almost instantly found several such properties. One mini-hotel in the town of Dobrogea is on the market for €1.6 million. A fairly news ten room hotel, it features an Italian restaurant replete with a firewood pizza oven, and a very colorful and upbeat architecture.

A second property in the same town features 55 rooms in another fairly news facility for €4.0 million. Many others up and down the coast from Constanta to Mangalia are available. Hotel Belvedere/Hotel Panorama resort complex in Mangalia is listed at €40 million euro, a fantastic world class seaside vacation destination.

The video below from late this Summer reveals more hospitality real estate.
