US Vacation Rentals Most Wanted – IAVRA Study

IAVRA, a b2b vacation rental platform for the travel trade Argo covered earlier this year, has just released a new vacation rental survey showing the US as the most desirable rental locale. Polling 1000 or their 2000 plus travel agents, IAVRA was able to pinpoint the most requested holiday rentals worldwide.

Among the most interesting spots revealed in the survey, Florida, Hawaii and California. New York apartments and South Carolina beach properties ranked atop all other areas. IAVRA has recently signed up property agents representing properties across these areas as well, Business Development Manager, Yianni Dimitriadis explained:

“We are always looking to develop new territories and bulk up our representation in key regions. But our acquisition strategy is always led by the feedback we get from our agents. If we are not providing the right product on the site then IAVRA is not doing its job. Our agents asked for America and we delivered.”

Also in this news briefing, IAVRA has also grown their business via agent signups for Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, Austria, Mauritius, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. With travel agents representing a full third of all US travel sales, the world leading professionally managed villa rental platform of IAVRA offers significant advantages for professionals across the vacation rental spectrum. Tianna Moquette, a partner at IAVRA, had this to add.

“IAVRA’s international reach is growing day by day with new travel agents joining the platform from all over the world. With currently over 2100 travel agent subscribers from 65+ countries we are constantly adapting the platform and its tools to satisfy their varied needs. We have recently added Chinese and Portuguese versions of our property brochures (alongside the pre-existing Russian and English) to help travel agents engage their international clientele.”

IAVRA is unique in its capability to not only give subscribers access to 5,900+ rental properties in 51 countries, but for providing marketing tools that simplify and enhance property agents and other brokers’ promotional and sales opportunities. The listing below gives an idea of the refined nature of this platform. The custom brochure below shows a fabulous luxury property in Mexico. As you can see in the feature image, the brochure is branded Argophilia and contains my personal contact details as well as detailed property information and photos.
