Russia’s version of Silicon Valley, Skolkovo Innovation Center will host Startup Village 2016 June 2nd and 3rd. The fourth edition of the technology meetup will feature young entrepreneurs and startup innovators participating to win prizes worth in between $5000 and $50,000.
Startup Village participants will get to attend lectures, workshops, and discussion boards presented by global leaders in the innovation community. The two day conference will also be the scene of an exhibition of startups at Startup Bazaar, where 100 new projects will be showcased. This year’s program will include visionary sessions on future technologies, or the “Big Mobile Revolution”, another gripping new feature called “Womennovation”, and “Transport of the Future, Innovation in Railway Transport”.
Also, an entire pavilion will be dedicated to the intersection of art and science (Art&Science Day). Visitors will also thrill to a stunning special feature, the Open International Championship FORMULA DRONE (FPV Drone Racing), especially for multicopter owners to take take part in. There will also be a zone dedicated to augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR Zone).
